The Shakti, Inc., Ergo21, Liquicell^® Shoe Insoles, Amazon ASIN B0030CYDIU is a comfortable insole for any of your shoes. I put mine in loafers and felt an immediate different of flatness, rather than tilting to my heel sides. My shoes are new, so the outside heels are not worn on them. The top black picture is the top side that goes down in your shoe.

At the end of the day, your feet will thank you for giving them support. Your feet will not get sweaty and will still have circulation.

There are trim guides on the black side insoles to cut where you need so they fit a shoe shape. I did not need to cut mine and love them!

Being 1/8-inch thick, they do not have the bulkiness to interfere with the insides of your shoes or height. Plus, the added stability will keep your lower back from having pain. Shoes with improper insides can tweak your lumbar discs out of position.

Women: 5-7 | 8-10
Men: 7-9 | 10-12

The liquid-fillled insoles are comfortable so that you don’t have uncomfortable feet feeling fatigued with substandard insoles in your shoes when they were made.
